Tech at Tamaki College

This term I moved to Panmure Bridge School. Every Friday we go to Tamaki College for Tech. I joined in with the group doing Food Tech with Mrs Heka and it is fun. I made a chocolate log. It was easy to measure the ingredients and bake the cake but it was a bit hard to roll it into the shape. I am looking  to doing more Tech at Tamaki College next year because what the Year 8’s were doing looked like a lot of fun.
